Order Confirmation and Terms
Once an order has been reviewed and confirmed in writing—whether by letter, fax, or email—by the customer, it is deemed CONFIRMED. After confirmation, the customer is obligated to accept delivery, pay the agreed price, and adhere to the specified payment terms. Ownership of the goods remains with MR.Z SPORTS until full payment is received.
For all orders below €1,000 (excluding VAT), full payment is required upon order confirmation before production begins. Trade credit terms are available by separate negotiation. For orders exceeding €1,000, MR.Z SPORTS will accept a non-refundable deposit of 50% with order confirmation. The remaining 50% balance must be paid and cleared before dispatch.
While every effort will be made to meet the 5 to 6-week delivery target, this is an estimated timeframe and may be extended due to seasonal trends, even after an order has been confirmed. The target is not guaranteed and is not part of the contractual agreement.
If MR.Z SPORTS fails to comply with the confirmed customer order instructions or if the product is faulty, we will gladly exchange the product. Any issues or faults must be reported to MR.Z SPORTS within 48 hours of delivery, via phone, email, fax, or letter. The goods must remain in unused condition, and any loss or damage incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.
By confirming this order, you affirm that you have full authorization to use any logos and accept full responsibility for any legal actions related to their use. For clarity, these conditions will be governed by the laws of Pakistan.
