ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:

To begin the production of your order, please follow the steps below and review our Terms and Conditions before placing your order. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at info@mrz-sports.com, and one of our friendly and knowledgeable staff members will be happy to assist you.

Step 1:

Visit our website to choose your preferred uniform style, then submit a REQUEST FOR A FREE GRAPHIC DESIGN online or email us your design ideas. Please include your team name, colors, and logo in the email.

Our design team will send you a free mock-up within 24 hours. Once you approve the final mock-up and are ready to proceed, email us your roster with the following details:

• Player uniform sizes
• Player numbers
• Names (if applicable)

When replying, please also include your name, shipping address, and the required delivery date.

Step 2:

After receiving your roster, we will create an invoice and email it to you. Please review the invoice carefully. When you’re ready to make the payment, you can do so online via the payment options provided in the invoice, or contact our customer service to pay by credit/debit card. We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Card (Visa/MasterCard/American Express)
• Bank Wire Transfer
• MoneyGram
• Western Union

Step 3:

Once we receive your payment, we will send your Order Details within 24 hours or less. Please review the details carefully and reply to confirm that everything is correct. If any changes are needed, please inform us immediately. After you confirm, we will begin production on your order. Please note that changes may not be possible after this point.

We will email your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. You can also contact our customer support team to check the status of your order.

Special Offer: We offer a 100% Discount on Custom Uniform Samples. If you order a customized sample uniform, the cost of the sample will be fully refunded and applied toward your next invoice when you place a full order. (7-10 day turnaround time for rush orders)
